Lash Line Enhancement

This service is known as lash enhancement or invisible eyeliner and it involves tattooing an ultra thin black line along the lash line to create the illusion of fuller, darker lashes. Much like tight-lining does, for a denser lash line and natural, eye opening effect. It is perfect for clients of all ages and for people who are not used to wearing much makeup daily.

Eyeliner tattoo is an advanced permanent makeup procedure that recreates the look of wearing eyeliner. Using a machine device specifically designed for permanent cosmetics, our artists insert semi permanent pigments of natural origins into the skin of your eyelids that results in a long lasting, smudge-proof, waterproof eyeliner in the shape you want.

Whenever we mention the word "tattoo", it’s not actually permanent – it’s just a term that the industry likes to use, but the longevity of the color and the visibility will eventually fade to a certain extent. This is why this is also known as semi-permanent eyeliner, as a more modern technique, pigment technology and more advanced tools are used.

CLASSIC EYELINER

Also includes a thin and black line along the lash line and is drawn above the upper lashes that includes a wing to help emphasize the eyelids and/or visually changes the shape of your eyes. This procedure is perfect for women who wear eyeliner and want to stop re-applying it every morning. We cannot tattoo a long wing over wrinkles or folds since the crease or hood will make the wing disappear.

Eyeliner with Shading

Combines eyeliner and eyeshadow in one step, sometimes referred to as smokey eyeliner. Typically, the artist draws the line with a dark pigment and the shadow with a lighter coloring that is soft and natural. The service is best suited for large, open eyes with little or no wrinkles, but also for eyes with asymmetry, bulging eyes and deep-set eyes.

    • Dark pre-existing eyeliner tattoo (please, send us an email with a picture of eyeliner without makeup on).

  • Swelling and redness is to be expected immediately after the procedure as the skin is very thin in this area (it will give off the appearance of as you have been crying). Itching is also normal. The color will lighten as the healing process progresses. Full healing is complete within 4-6 weeks. After that, your final color and shape can be assessed at the 6-8 week touch up.

  • Your freshly done eyeliner looks very dark when freshly done. Don't panic! The pigment will fade up to 50% until the permanent eyeliner healing process is through. The true color will only emerge after about 3 weeks then a following 6-8 week touch up to refresh the pigment that has faded.

  • Most semi permanent eyeliner tattoos will last between 12 and 18 months, however the pigment will eventually fade, so a 'touch up' is recommended after 12 months. Every skin holds the pigment differently and many things including medications, skin type and health can determine the rate of fading.

  • At the consultation, you and your artist will agree upon a shape, size, and thickness of your preferred lash line enhancement/ eyeliner. This is where you both can talk about your desired look and feel free to bring in inspiration photos.
